St. Patrick’s Day is here! And with it, warm weather (hopefully, at least, depending on where in the world you may be!). To celebrate, I wanted to come up with an Irish version of my favorite drink, the Moscow Mule, to share with all of my friends. This Irish Mule take on the classic is simple, refreshing, and perfect for a warm day. It’s deliciously spicy, smooth, and, all at once, sweet.
To recreate at home, follow these simple steps (it will take you less than five minutes!):
- Fill your shaker with 2 oz Jameson and 3/4 cup ginger ale. Shake!
- Pour into copper mug atop crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint to taste.
